More often than not, the trial case is dismissed, reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor or the client is found not guilty. In adult criminal district court, we frequently fight felony cases at the grand jury by way of written defense packets. we have persuaded the grand jury to no bill (dismiss) more than 100 felony cases.
We charge separate fees for trial cases and non-trial cases. The fees are affordable to most people; however, if you cannot afford to hire an attorney, you should ask the judge to appoint an attorney to represent you.
